Christopher T. DiGirolamo is the Managing Partner of Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C., a nationally recognized personal injury law firm based in Fort Lee, New Jersey. He brings over three decades of trial experience, successfully representing clients in complex litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, construction site injuries, workers’ compensation claims, premises liability, and defective products. His results-driven approach and relentless advocacy have led to numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, including his role as co-counsel in a landmark $101 million personal injury recovery stemming from a construction accident—one of the largest of its kind in U.S. history.
Mr. DiGirolamo is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is deeply committed to protecting the rights of injured workers, a passion inspired by his grandfather, an immigrant steel mill laborer and coal miner who died from lung disease due to unsafe working conditions. This personal history drives Mr. DiGirolamo’s fierce commitment to securing justice and safety for union laborers and working families.
He has received numerous professional accolades, including recognition by Super Lawyers from 2006 through 2025. He has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers, included in Best Lawyers in America, and holds a perfect 10.0 “Superb” rating on Avvo. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America—an elite, invitation-only trial lawyer society—and is a New Jersey State Accredited Mediator.
Mr. DiGirolamo has lectured and moderated seminars across the country at numerous legal conferences including for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Absolute Litigator’s Conference.
